This book was my least fave, and I guess it's cause the main character was also my least fave in the series. So we get to know Phillip Quinn, he is the sucessful business man, who just wants to get back to his life in Baltimore, and he prolly had the hardest time of the three older quinns giving up his life to fulfill a promise made to their dying father. So the story comes full circle, Seth's mother is revealed to be Ray's daughter from a previous relationship, and Philips falls for the sassy yet shy aunt who hasn't realized just how messed up her sister was. Overall it was a good read but I enjoyed the other stories a lil but more, but definitely finish the series.
